Sourdough Breads & Bagels, Handmade Pastries, soup, pizza, quiche
on Nichols Street in Friday Harbor

February 2
The brick patio behind the bakery was perfumed this morning by some newly budding bush and Pam is back making bread and goodies for our re-opening tomorrow, February 3.

Soups and Breads
In addition to the yummy sourdough crust, all-veggie pizzas we're making good, nourishing soups.  Carrot-ginger, creamy tomato and rosemary and Gypsy (chickpeas, tomatoes, squash and lots of cinnamon) have been big hits.  We serve soup with a slice of one of the day's breads.

See our  bread schedule on the Bread and Pastries page.  As always, let us know in advance if we can save a loaf for you.

Come in for a take-out or for a leisurely sit-down.  If we don't know you name yet, introduce yourselves.

We have more wines now to take home with your bread and bagels.  We feature local, Northwest, and unusual, artisan wines.  See our wine page.

If any of our goods are not up to your standards, let us know.  We want islanders and our visitors to enjoy the best baked goods ever, and only you can help us achieve that goal.

It's all good for you.
